Happie Fit Return & Exchange Policy

At Happie Fit, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we’re here to help.

1. The 14 Day Move Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in "new" condition.

2. Hygiene & Condition Requirements

Because our gear is designed for high-performance and sweat, we maintain strict hygiene standards. For a return to be accepted:

  • Tags On: All original hangtags must be attached.

  • Condition: Items must be unwashed and unworn.

  • Cleanliness: Items must be free of sweat marks, deodorant stains, makeup, or pet hair.

  • The "Deodorant" Warning: Please be careful with deodorant when trying on leggings or sports bras for the first time.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, socks, headbands, and water bottles are Final Sale.

3. Exchanges (The "Perfect Fit" Guarantee)

Sizing in athleisure can be tricky. We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, provided the original item meets our hygiene requirements. Please note delivery charges will be added to your exchange order. 

  • Note: We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

4. How to Start Your Return

      Once your gear arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection:

  • Refund: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Return Fee: A flat shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

6. Damaged or Defective Gear

We stand by the quality of our fabrics. If your gear arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect (like a failed seam) within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
